After that, we'll have a special wine tasting with some wines over 10 years old will be presented to you. All wine swill be available to sell. Price of the wines : 10 to 40 euros/bottle Tour Monday to Saturday, and some sundays.

Guests will be welcomed in the heart of the CLOS SAINT JOSEPH Distillery located in the heart of Meursault. During a one and a half hour tasting tour, they'll visit the distilling workshop and then enjoy 5 spirits to choose from more than a dozen locally-produced spirits at this distillery.

During this tasting, you will discover our different wines, including among others - if you do not know it yet - a wine from the very young Appellation Village Vézelay ; or even Melon de Bourgogne.

I invite you to discover your creative potential. In a small nice company, doing sketches of a delicious French​ patisserie. I’ll show you how to do sweet-sketches, you'll do your artwork with all my attention and help. You will be nicely surprised by a result. And after… we will eat all our models)

Après avoir passé avec succès les présélections d'oenologues en herbe de niveau (I - II ou III) voici donc le moment de l'ultime épreuve ! Il s'agira pour vous de résoudre des énigmes œnologiques pour découvrir quelle est la bouteille sélectionnée par le comte. Dix autres énigmes vous permettront de vous déplacer dans le manoir à la recherche des épreuves œnologiques. Soyons honnêtes... le comte est suffisamment mauvais perdant pour corser le jeu ! Alors tout est permis pour vous aider : Internet, livres, appels aux amis enfin… si vous captez au manoir ! Les énigmes vous mettront au final face a quatre bouteilles. Vous devrez' en éliminer deux, puis déguster les deux autres pour découvrir quelle est la bouteille mise en jeu qui correspond aux réponses que vous aurez donné aux énigmes ! Treat yourself to total immersion in one of the most illustrious vineyards there is. Your Gentleman Sider will welcome you as a friend according to the true Burgundian tradition and will warmly share his emotions with you. The route starts from Meursault (8 km from Beaune) and crosses prestigious villages such as Puligny-Montrachet or Pommard. Each sidecar carries only two people (1 in the basket and one behind the pilot), which will make this experience unique and unforgettable.

Visit the vineyards at the foot of the Domain with explanations of the terroir and its history, discovery of the winery followed by tasting of the wines of our production. Wine and cheese tasting workshop in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard. Four local wines and four local cheeses will be tasted for a one hour lesson. Come and try local cheeses like : Époisses, Comté, Brillat Savarin,… After this session you will be able to answer to those questions : How to pair cheese and wine ? What are the specialities of Burgundian wines ? What are the different types of wines in Burgundy ? How wine is made ? Small group (less than 8), local guide and wine expert.

Ici, le maître mot est adaptation: Nous commençons par une visite des caves avec une présentation de l'histoire de celle ci. Ensuite, prenons place avec un verre de crémant pour les papilles, et discuter ensemble de la thématique qui vous tient a coeur: les appellations de Bourgogne, vins rouges vins blancs, vins boisés, bios, etc. Une fois la thématique définie, nous pouvons alors entammer la dégustation et la discussion pour éluder toutes les questions que vous vous posez! c'est aussi simple que cela!

Come along the bike paths of one of the most prestigious vineyards in France, between old stones and heritage. Our walk will cross charming towns and villages, which make the reputation of the great wines of Burgundy: Marsannay-la-Côte, Fixin, Brochon, Gevrey-Chambertin No difficulty on the course, this walk is suitable for everyone! It will be punctuated by breaks to enjoy the decor, talk about the vineyard & the vineyard, taste local specialities (parsley ham, cheeses, etc.), all accompanied by a nectar from the region. Du peu expérimenté au confirmé, adultes et enfants à partir de 10 ans, en duo ou en petits groupes, je vous emmènerai sur les chemins morvandiaux. Après avoir choisi la monture la mieux adaptée à votre niveau et à votre stature, nous préparerons les chevaux. Nous partirons alors sur le tour équestre du Morvan ! Notre Musée de la Vigne et du Vin est le fruit de notre passion pour la vie de campagne du début XXe Siècle. Vous pourrez découvrir plus de 2000 outils de nos métiers manuels d’autrefois, du menuisier au forgeron en passant par le tonnelier sans oublier, bien sûr, le vigneron. A la suite de la visite libre du musée, nous vous guiderons dans le chai pour vous expliquer le travail d’Aujourd’hui. Aussi appelé « Partie Moderne » les cuves en inox et autres matériels permettent de mieux comprendre et vivre le travail du vigneron : faire de la vigne une bouteille. Nous proposons une découverte de nos vins sous forme de dégustation dans une cave voûtée du XVIIIe siècle. Bien entendu, les enfants ne sont pas oubliés, nous proposons du jus de fruits.
